This mountain is dubbed “D2” by Filipino mountaineers. It is the highest peak in the Kitanglad Mountain Range.and is located in the north central portion of Budkidnon province. Mt. Dulang-dulang is the second highest mountain in the Philippines at 2,941 metres (9,649 ft.) Above sea level. It is second only to My. Apo of Davao also in Mindanao. Mt. Dulang-dulang is just slightly higher than My. Pulag of the island of Luzon.
